A 1:1 coaching session gives you the chance to step out of the constant mental loop and talk through whatever feels most pressing right now.

If you’re capable, thoughtful, and carrying a lot in your head, this is a space to put it down and think properly.
Each lasts 60 minutes, allowing enough time to explore, reflect and move things forward without rushing.
Sessions are conversational, structured where helpful, and always guided by what you need. Sometimes clarity comes quickly. Sometimes it needs a little more space.
Unlike programmes, between sessions there are not tasks or further support, just a chance for you to reflect on what was discussed, and come back to another session if you choose, to work on things further, or work on the next thing that feels important to you.

£150 | 60 minutes
If you know you’d benefit from a having advanced bookings in the diary for a set amount of time, you can book sessions as a block. These are offered at a slight reduction in price, but are not discounts for volume, they reward commitment and continuity.
Sessions can be spaced weekly, fortnightly, monthly or flexibly, depending on what suits you.
