A 1:1 coaching session gives you the chance to step out of the constant mental loop and talk through whatever feels most pressing right now.
So you can move forward with confidence once again.

If you’re capable, thoughtful, and carrying a lot in your head, this is a space to put it down and think properly.
Each lasts 60-90 minutes, allowing enough time to explore, reflect and move things forward without rushing.
Sessions are conversational, structured where helpful, and always guided by what you need. Sometimes clarity comes quickly. Sometimes it needs a little more space.
Unlike programmes, between sessions there are not tasks or further support, just a chance for you to reflect on what was discussed, and come back to another session if you choose, to work on things further, or work on the next thing that feels important to you.

If you have a very specific decision to make, issue to work through, something to prepare for, or want to work on your confidence, then a one-off session may be all you need to break through.
£150 | 60-90 minutes
Many clients find they need about six sessions to work through an issue, transition, change etc. It takes a bit of time to unpeel, dig into the situation and rebuild to create lasting change.
However, every client, and every situation is different so I have session block booking available in 3, 6, 12 sessions and beyond. Some people for example want to make it a regular commitment to navigate life and/or career over time.
Discounts are available for block bookings to recognise your commitment to yourself and the process. Contact me for exact prices.
Sessions can be spaced weekly, fortnightly, monthly or randomly, depending on what suits you.
If you feel you would benefit from a more structured approach, with tasks and activities to work on between sessions to help break through issues, then you may prefer one of my programmes.
