You don’t need to have all the answers. Whether you're questioning your current role, planning a job change, or want help showcasing your experience for a promotion, this is your space to pause, reflect, and create a plan that works for you with a career coach as your guide. In-person or online career coach sessions can bring real career clarity.

Through a mix of coaching and mentoring, I’ll help you get clear, confident, and career-ready – without losing sight of who you are outside of work, too.

This session is completely tailored to your needs – common topics include:

• Deciding whether to go for a promotion
• Weighing up whether to stay or go

• Exploring what’s next for you professionally
• Reviewing or improving your CV and/or LinkedIn profile
• Setting up a LinkedIn profile that gets noticed
• Interview question practice and refinement
• Confidence to go forward in whatever you decide is next

Note: We won’t cover everything in one session, but we’ll prioritise what matters most right now and build from there.

✔ A 90-minute 1:1 coaching & mentoring session via Teams or Zoom
✔ Personalised insights and tailored career strategies
✔ CV or LinkedIn Review during the session if desired
✔ Clear, practical next steps so you leave with a plan, not just ideas
✔ Email or WhatsApp support for two weeks afterwards

 ✔ Unlimited CV/LinkedIn reviews/edits/suggestions during those two weeks

 ✔ Cover letter writing guide

If you’re not ready to have an in-person or online career coach session, but would like some help improving your application materials as you already have your career clarity and know where you are going, this one’s for you:

CV or LinkedIn Review – £75 

CV + LinkedIn Review – £125

You’ll get:

• A detailed written audit of your CV or LinkedIn (or both depending if that option selected)
• Specific, personalised feedback to improve layout, keywords, tone and impact
• A free cover letter writing guide
• A  follow-up proofread once you’ve made your changes (within 2 weeks)
• 📩 No session included – just clear, actionable feedback you can apply straight away.
