There are moments in life where everything looks stable from the outside, but internally something feels unsettled.


You may have built a successful career, raised a family, and spent years being the reliable one everyone depends on.


But recently you’ve started asking yourself questions like:

These questions can feel uncomfortable, especially when the life you’ve built looks sensible and secure.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

When you’re stuck in your own head about something important

Sometimes you don’t need a full programme.

You just need space to think.


A 1:1 coaching session gives you the chance to step out of the constant mental loop and talk through whatever feels most pressing right now.


This might be:

  • deciding whether to stay in your current job
  • exploring whether a change is realistic
  • working through confidence or boundary challenges
  • sense checking options you’ve been turning over for months
  • finding a way forward when everything feels foggy


Many of the women I work with are used to being the one who solves problems for everyone else.


But when the question is about your own life or career, it can feel surprisingly difficult to see clearly.


In these sessions, we slow things down, untangle what’s really going on, and help you move forward with steadier thinking and greater confidence in your decisions.

Your Next Chapter – Awaken. Bloom. Fly.

You’ve built a life and career that works… but something inside you knows it no longer fits.

You don’t hate your job.

But you’re not excited by it anymore either.

Based on my own framework, the Dandelion Journey, Your Next Chapter is a 3-month coaching programme designed for women in exactly this position.


Women who feel something needs to shift… but don’t yet know what that shift looks like.


Over three months we work together to move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to having clarity, confidence and a realistic plan for what comes next.


Not through pressure or dramatic reinvention.


But through thoughtful reflection, honest conversation and steady forward steps.


Inside the programme we work through six stages that help you:

  • clear the mental fog and untangle everything you’ve been carrying
  • reconnect with what matters to you now
  • rebuild confidence in your own judgement
  • create the space and boundaries needed for change
  • explore realistic options for your next chapter
  • turn clarity into practical action


By the end of the programme, clients often say the biggest shift isn’t just the decisions they make.


It’s how they feel about themselves.


Clearer.

Calmer.

And confident that the direction they’re choosing actually fits their life.

My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire, I just help facilitate that process. I take a holistic approach, looking at each area of your life with you, focusing on what doesn't feel right, but being aware of the ripple effect on the rest of your life. I am practical, realistic, gently challenging and honest. I give you the space to safely share, explore and question, leaving with the desired outcome or plan to achieve it.


I don't care what you want, how you make it happen or if you change you mind 100 times in our work together. What I do care about is getting you to a place that feels good, sustainable and grounded. I want you to light up when you talk about where you are by the time you leave. I want you to smile when you talk about your life and know you can continue your progress because it's real.


I meet you where you are. I walk beside you as you venture into your next stage.


I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfillment in life. My coaching programme is primarily aimed at those who have spent so longer looking our for others, they've lost sight of who they are and what they want, but each is bespoke so I can alter to your situation.


I have a background in psychology and a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.


I've been where my clients are before they work with me. I know change is possible and am passionate about supporting as many people as I can discover that too.
