As a life coach, I see so many people juggling careers, family and responsibilities, often leaving little time for themselves. I’ve been there too. Caught in the whirlwind of daily life, always ‘doing’ and rarely pausing. Over the years I’ve found it hard to stop, relax and carve out mindful time. When I did stop, I was often too knackered to even decide what to do.
I realised I needed more, something to quiet my mind, let me truly switch off, and help me be present.
Finally, I decided I didn’t just need this, I wanted it.
So I created a mindful colouring book that helps people take a break without feeling guilty or like they were ‘wasting time.’ A book that encourages you to stop, focus on something creative, and truly relax.
Each page is filled with uplifting quotes, offering positivity, reflection, encouragement and support when you need it most. When you read them, it’s like I’m right there, reminding you, ‘You are good enough’.
